This is my newest project: 1341 Kirkwood Prosper, Texas 75078. It is going to be a 500 series home and will be appraised at +/- $300,000. This is my first actual, "completely my own" home. I do lots of work on the rest of our subdivision, but this one is mine. It has been fun learning how to schedule the construction of a home as opposed to actually doing the back breaking labor.
